Soulja Boy to SUE Willow Smith!

Ok so as she uses the lyrics 'Hop about the bed turn my swag on'. 

Soulja Boy has decided that these are HIS lyrics and is therefore suing. 

Anyone else here just think that he's being insanely pathetic? 

Or is he just trying to get some extra publicity?
